ESC Homes is a North Central Indiana new construction builder specializing in stick-built residential homes, home remodeling, kitchen & bath updates and much more.
Family owned and operated, ESC Homes is welcoming the second-generation to take a new lead. Custom home builder Chandler Eurit and his father have over 40 years combined home building experience. While the two continue to work together, ESC Homes is ready to expand throughout the region - serving Kokomo, Walton, Galveston, Peru, Logansport, Greentown, Flora, Burlington, Russiaville, Tipton and surrounding communities.
CHANDLER EURIT
Chandler Eurit is ESC Homes general contractor. He has grown up on the job site - following in his father’s footsteps. He lives in Cass County, Indiana with his wife Kate. Often behind the scenes, Kate serves as ESC secretary.
MICHAEL SCIRCLE
Michael Scircle is ESC Homes Project Manager and oversees all of our construction sites and custom building projects. He is a combat veteran of the U.S. Army.
